At Ultimate Swim Gear, we want you to feel completely confident in your swimwear and lingerie purchases. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
- In the original packaging
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following intimate items:
- Crotchless lingerie
- Open-cup lingerie
- Bra-panty sets (if hygiene seal is broken)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return request details (see template below).
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email the item(s) you wish to exchange for
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs
