Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
    • Includes tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your swimwear and lingerie purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following intimate items:

  • Crotchless lingerie
  • Open-cup lingerie
  • Bra-panty sets (if hygiene seal is broken)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and return request details.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email the item(s) you wish to exchange for
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
